About

Product decisions, workflow design, and AI-assisted delivery.

I find where a business is stuck doing things manually — quoting, job tracking, scheduling, customer records — and turn that into a working system. My role covers product direction and scoping, designing the workflow and business logic around the operation, and staying involved through implementation, testing, deployment, and the ongoing iteration once it's in real use.

AI-assisted, human-owned. I use AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, implementation, and review. I define the problem, make the product decisions, verify the output, test the workflows, and remain accountable for what ships.

Business operating & estimating system — New Zealand glass and aluminium operations

Problem
Glass and aluminium jobs were quoted and tracked manually, with pricing, job details, and installer schedules scattered across spreadsheets and separate documents.
Solution
Quoting built around real glass and aluminium job specs, a job board with installer scheduling, and customer/job records that follow a job from quote through to installation.
My role
Identified the estimating bottleneck, directed product scope, worked through AI-assisted implementation, tested the estimating and scheduling workflows, and manage ongoing deployment and iteration.

Customer website + private business operations app

Built as a complete cleaning-service system rather than a brochure site. Customers can view services, get an estimate, submit a booking, and check status. The owner can manage jobs, customers, cleaners, schedules, pricing, payments, and exports.
